Mackenzie & Jordan
December is far and away my favorite month. It’s my birthday; Christmas; and the month I met, started dating (seven years later), and married my husband. It’s not a common month in which to get married, so I feel an immediate connection with couples who share my joy in having a winter wedding. Buck the trend! Who says you have to get married in “wedding season?”
Imagine my excitement when I learned about Mackenzie and Jordan’s wedding plans? They were married December 14th - right in the midst of the holiday season - and fully embraced Christmastime. Mackenzie wanted her bridesmaids’ flowers to be red and green with gold accents.
Centerpieces were quite simple but full-on Chirstmasy – a scattering of greens surrounded a vase full of ornaments on each guest table. To top it all off, two full-size, lighted Christmas trees adorned their room at Sand Creek Country Club.
Not only did the room look festive, but it also smelled wonderful!
Congratulations to Mackenzie and Jordan on your marriage. You are both such wonderful people!
